Refund policy

This policy applies to paid Softwareaigrid programs arranged by invoice. The website itself does not process checkout payments.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel before the program start date stated on your invoice confirmation, or within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module and have not attended a live Q&A seat.

Timeframe to request

Send a refund request within 14 days of the payment date or at least five business days before the cohort start — whichever condition applies to your situation as described above.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria are met and no live session seat was used. Partial refunds (typically 50%) may apply if you accessed more than one module but cancel before the midpoint of a scheduled cohort, at our discretion and stated in writing.

Non-refundable items

Orientation Call sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Custom employer workshops delivered on-site or via private webinar are non-refundable after the delivery date. Third-party fees charged by payment processors, if any, may be deducted.

Refund process

Email info@softwareaigrid.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, and the program name. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request meets this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method used for the invoice settlement (bank transfer or card, as applicable). You will receive a short confirmation email when the transfer is initiated.

Cancellation by Softwareaigrid

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer cooling-off rights under German and EU law remain unaffected where they apply to distance contracts for digital content, subject to statutory exceptions once content supply has begun with your prior consent.
